PRICING CONCESSION POLICY
At EBC, we maintain a strict fair pricing policy that reflects the high quality of our services. However, we understand that some clients may face budget constraints. In such cases, we are willing to consider a price concession of up to 35%.
Terms of Price Concession
The price concession is not a discount, but rather a mutually agreed-upon adjustment to our standard pricing. In exchange for this concession, the client must agree to specific quality concessions, which may include:
– Reduced scope of work
– Open delivery timelines
– Limited customer support
– Quality statement does NOT apply
– No after service support
Quality Concessions
By accepting the price concession, the client acknowledges that our quality standards and customer service guarantees will not be fully applicable. The client understands that our team will still deliver high-quality work, but with adjusted expectations.
Eligibility
The price concession is available to clients who:
– Demonstrate a genuine need for budget accommodation
– Are willing to accept the associated quality concessions
– Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy
Approval Process
Any request for a price concession must be submitted in writing and approved by EBC’s management. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
