The Stores officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations inventory and warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management, accurate record-keeping, and timely distribution. Responsible For
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, verifying shipments against orders, and ensuring timely distribution to meet business and client demands.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply, manage reorder points, and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately documented, and provide regular reports on stock status, discrepancies, and inventory turnover.
- Enforce safety and quality standards in storage areas, including temperature control and handling of sensitive healthcare items.
- Supervise and train store staff to promote adherence to company procedures and efficient warehouse operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
