Responsible For
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and are appropriate for the age and abilities of the students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, to engage students in learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain order and discipline.
- Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly and effectively.
- Assess students' academic performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related activities.
- Stay current with educational best practices, teaching strategies, and curriculum developments.
- Pursue continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Additional Requirements
- Preferably from Central North and Eastern parts of the country.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- State teaching certification/license for primary education.
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
