Job Purpose:

The Lubricants Territory Manager is Responsible for growing business, driving sales (volumes C margins) performance, recruitment and management of new C existing customers especially within retail stations.

Specific Skills
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas retail network and sales strategy.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and has a valid driving license.
 
Responsible For
  • Strengthen relationships with station operators and train staff on product knowledge.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of the Lubricant business strategy on the Retail Network Channel.
  • Handles and monitors growth of Retail Lubricants Sales through all the channels in the network (Bay, back court and forecourt).
  • Design, implement and Coordinates sales promotional strategies for lubricants and specialties products on the retail channel.

  • BA in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, retail management or lubricants marketing.
