Job Purpose:
The Lubricants Territory Manager is Responsible for growing business, driving sales (volumes C margins) performance, recruitment and management of new C existing customers especially within retail stations.

Specific Skills
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas retail network and sales strategy.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and has a valid driving license.
Responsible For
- Strengthen relationships with station operators and train staff on product knowledge.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the Lubricant business strategy on the Retail Network Channel.
- Handles and monitors growth of Retail Lubricants Sales through all the channels in the network (Bay, back court and forecourt).
- Design, implement and Coordinates sales promotional strategies for lubricants and specialties products on the retail channel.

Educational Requirements
- BA in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, retail management or lubricants marketing.
