Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Clerk to manage and support the logistics and inventory processes for motorcycles and spare parts. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers or service departments.

Responsible For
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
  • Support service and sales teams with parts availability and logistics updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in logistics reporting and documentation filing.
  • Monitor and report low stock levels of fast-moving items.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty returns and replacements.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to follow up on backordered or delayed parts.
  • Respond promptly to customer and dealer inquiries about order status, part availability, and delivery times.
