JOB ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
EBC Business Management Consulting Firm requires a minimum of 7 days’ written notice prior to the scheduled commencement of work to cancel or terminate a job order. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees:
– If a client cancels a job order within 7 days of the scheduled commencement of work, a cancellation fee of 12% of the gross quotation value will be billed to the client.
– The cancellation fee is exclusive of all taxes and will be invoiced separately.
– The client is responsible for paying the cancellation fee within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Note:
– The cancellation fee is intended to compensate EBC for the resources and efforts invested in preparing for the project & mostly but not taking up similar jobs from other clients.
– EBC reserves the right to adjust or waive the cancellation fee at its discretion.
