CANDIDATE FEE POLICY
EBC Business Management Consulting Firm is committed to providing fair and transparent recruitment services. Unlike other agencies, we do not charge job candidates for our services. Our clients, the employers, contractually engage us and compensate us for our expertise in outsourced recruitment and headhunting.
KEY PRINCIPLES:
1. No Candidate Fees: EBC does not charge job candidates for any aspect of our recruitment services, including application processing, interviews, or placement.
2. No Gifts or Gratitude: EBC consultants are prohibited from accepting any form of payment, gift, or gratuity from job candidates in exchange for recruitment services or influence.
3. Disqualification: EBC reserves the right to disqualify any candidate found to be canvassing or attempting to influence our consultants through gifts or payments, either during or after the recruitment process.
RATIONALE:
This policy ensures that our recruitment services remain unbiased, transparent, and focused on finding the best candidates for our clients. By not accepting candidate fees or gifts, we maintain our professional integrity and avoid conflicts of interest.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
All EBC consultants and staff involved in recruitment services have acknowledged and signed this policy, confirming their understanding and commitment to upholding its principles.
ENFORCEMENT:
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of engagement of any consultants involved.
