The Territory Development Officer is responsible for secondary target achievement of the assigned territory for Alco Pop Beverage.

Specific Skills
• Must possess good communication skills (English) & Local Ugandan languages ( at least 2 ). • 3-5 Years of Sales experience with Beer or Alcohol Industry. • Must be able to adapt to new geographies including Rural territories. • Must be hardworking and be high on commitment to task. • Adhere to companies’ system and processes. • Work with in given constraints. • Ugandan National
Responsible For
• Manage the sales in all relevant channels (General Trade Channels (WS, Retail, Night clubs, Bars, Supermarkets). • Work around expanding distribution for Alco Pop Beverage. • Identifying and developing key clients for business development. • Achieve desired volumes periodically. • Gain Market share. Other Responsibilities: • Manage the depot location assigned. • Ensure stocks & cash management as per guidelines. • Implement Sales force automation in all aspects (App based order booking through smart phone). • Competition tracking & Share information to Line managers. • Adhere to company guidelines & deliver results.
